How to Access System Settings
The Apple Menu: Press VO + M to jump to the menu bar on the top-left, press VO + Space or Return on the Apple Menu, and select System Settings… from the dropdown.
The Dock: Press VO + D to jump to the Dock, navigate to the System Settings icon using your Left/Right Arrow keys, and press VO + Space or Return to open it.
Pro-Tip Context Menu: While focused on the System Settings icon in the Dock, press VO + Shift + M to open the VoiceOver context menu.
